Recruitment Advisor

About the role

AWCON is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition across its fast‑growing construction business. You will own a portfolio of vacancies spanning corporate, project and operational functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract the skilled workforce needed for major infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including advertising on SEEK, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Negotiate offers and support successful onboarding outcomes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency recruitment or internal talent acquisition.
• Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple vacancies.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.

Required skills

• Experience using recruitment platforms such as SEEK and LinkedIn.
