Recruitment Advisor

About the role

Westfill Group is expanding its underground mining services and is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to lead end‑to‑end hiring for blue‑collar and white‑collar positions. Based in Bibra Lake, you will partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines that support current projects and future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for trades, operators, technical staff and occasional white‑collar roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates in a competitive mining market.
• Collaborate with site teams and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and workforce planning.
• Support onboarding processes and provide general HR administrative assistance.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting both blue‑collar and white‑collar roles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and focused on continuous improvement.
• Permanent work rights in Australia (PR or citizen).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
