Recruitment Advisor – Blue Collar (3‑month contract)

About the role
We are looking for an immediately available Recruitment Advisor to manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for blue‑collar positions on a three‑month temporary basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support the team in attracting and selecting skilled tradespeople and labour‑force candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements and timelines.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies, including advertising, referrals and database searches.
- Pre‑screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage interview feedback, ensure compliance and maintain accurate records.
- Perform ad‑hoc recruitment tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a blue‑collar recruiter.
- Immediately available and able to work full‑time or part‑time (school‑hour options possible).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
