Recruitment Advisor (3-month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to support a high‑volume trades recruitment campaign in Perth on a three‑month contract. You will join the recruitment team and report to the Recruitment Team Lead, handling the full end‑to‑end hiring process for trade and blue‑collar positions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches using online job boards and social media platforms.
• Pre‑screen applicants and shortlist based on licences, tickets, experience and capabilities.
• Interview candidates both face‑to‑face and via telephone.
• Manage compliance documentation and support onboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in trades, construction or other blue‑collar sectors.
• Ability to start immediately and commit to the full three‑month term.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working onsite in Perth with access to public transport.
