Recruiter – Technology Talent Acquisition

About the role

FinXL by Randstad Digital is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its Melbourne team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and managing technology professionals to support the company's resourcing function.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a defined candidate base for technology roles.
• Source and select suitable candidates using digital platforms, traditional advertising and headhunting techniques.
• Manage candidate relationships and handle queries related to contracts, pay and logistics.
• Establish effective workflow between resources and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in agency or in‑house recruitment, preferably within technology.
• Strong knowledge of technology recruitment processes.
• Project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage resources.
• Proficiency with various recruitment systems and sourcing tools.
• Ability to review current practices and drive continuous improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
