Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Australia)

About the role

This position is for a Recruiter based in Australia, working for a partner company that manages all applications and next steps. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and help attract exceptional talent across global markets in an international, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, recruitment platforms, networking, and direct search techniques.
• Conduct candidate research and headhunting across different countries and talent markets.
• Maintain accurate hiring pipelines and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define expectations, and support effective hiring decisions.
• Ensure structured and consistent interview processes and provide recruitment guidance to interviewers when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with IT hiring.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment processes in a dynamic, international environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Understanding of the IT talent market and related technical terminology.
