Recruiter / Senior Recruiter - Life Sciences

About the role

Cielo is looking for a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter based in Sydney, NSW, working standard hours and in English. The role covers service excellence across the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and a subject-matter expert in talent acquisition who advises hiring leaders and mentors recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications, giving market data and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
• Evaluate candidates against requirements, deliver strong candidate slates and build talent pipelines
• Keep candidates engaged with timely progress updates
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines
• Mentor recruiters and other team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
• Knowledge of common HR principles, practices and talent acquisition metrics
• Experience recruiting in the Life Sciences sector is an advantage

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
• English
