Recruiter – Sales & Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join TEKsystems’ fast‑growing sales and business development team. The role combines talent sourcing with client‑facing sales activities, offering a clear pathway from recruitment delivery to managing your own portfolio of technology accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver qualified technology candidates.
• Source, screen and present shortlists of verified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Develop industry knowledge to interpret complex hiring requirements.
• Progress from recruitment delivery to business development, winning new clients and driving sales performance.

Required profile

• Strong drive and motivation to meet KPI‑based targets.
• Resilient under pressure and naturally competitive.
• Energetic, confident communicator with a willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Money‑motivated and comfortable working in a performance‑oriented environment.
