Receptionist – Wembley (Full‑Time)

About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our Wembley clinic. You will manage face‑to‑face and telephone registrations, bookings and enquiries while supporting the clinical team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients, handle registrations and triage calls.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
- Process payments, issue receipts and assist with billing and invoicing.
- Perform back‑office tasks such as outbound calls, data entry and reporting as directed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver timely service.
- Flexible availability to work varied hours.
Required skills
- Proficiency in operating a booking system.
- Basic data entry and familiarity with database interfaces.
