Receptionist & Pricing Coordinator – Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist and Pricing Coordinator to be the “face of the company” at our Melbourne (Keilor East) office. The role combines front‑desk duties with support for the pricing and quotation process, ensuring smooth interaction with clients, visitors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors, answer phones and take messages.
• Direct callers to the appropriate employee or department efficiently.
• Maintain a presentable reception area and a visitor log for security.
• Distribute mail, process drivers’ paperwork and manage stationary stock.
• Assist management, administration and other departments as requested.
• Follow up with overseas districts for rates and costs, compile quotes and send them to customers.
• Record quotation outcomes and maintain rate cards in the rate repository.
• Promote compliance with company policies and uphold Expeditors’ cultural attributes.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
