About the role
MAG is seeking a proactive and personable Receptionist to join its Sydney team. This newly created, hands‑on position goes beyond traditional front‑desk duties, offering exposure to broader administrative and operational functions within a fast‑growing medico‑legal organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a professional and welcoming experience for clients, specialists and visitors.
- Manage reception operations, including phone calls, emails and appointment coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional office environment across reception, waiting areas, consulting suites and kitchen.
- Perform accurate data entry, document management and general administrative tasks.
- Support office coordination, including supplies management and vendor liaison.
- Assist Client Solutions, Accounts, Administration Manager, Executive Operations Manager and CEO with administrative and compliance‑related processes.
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar office‑based role, preferably within medico‑legal, medical, insurance, legal or professional services.
- Strong customer‑service mindset with confidence engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused and able to anticipate needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presenting a polished and professional demeanor.
