About the role

Join the vibrant front‑of‑house team at Greenbank Services Club as a Night Shift & Weekends Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for members, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while upholding club standards during evening and weekend hours.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with club members.
• Ensure compliance with liquor and gaming regulations.
• Drive service standards to maximise patron satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls, direct enquiries, and make microphone announcements.
• Handle cash transactions and front‑desk operations.
• Respond to all member enquiries promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of club activities and relevant legislation.
• Proven ability to engage with a diverse demographic.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relations.
• Effective time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Immaculate personal presentation and service orientation.

Required skills

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) certificate.
• Experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
