Real Estate Sales Manager - Rockingham and Bunbury

About the role

Elders is hiring a Real Estate Sales Manager for its Rockingham and Bunbury branch. The Sales Manager supports, guides and empowers the Sales Teams to reach their individual and collective goals, providing the tools, training, motivation and leadership agents need. The role covers sales management, recruitment, training, marketing and system implementation, and gives strategic oversight to the Administration department, with compliance limited to sign-offs on trust compliance, commissions, listings and contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales operations and performance against budgets, KPIs and financial targets, and contribute to annual budgeting while managing costs, debt collection and branch expenditure.
• Lead and support two large teams of experienced Sales Representatives and Sales Support staff through leave planning, performance management, coaching and training.
• Support recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction together with the People & Culture team.
• Demonstrate workplace health and safety initiatives, ensure compliance with policies and legislation and manage risks proactively.
• Contribute to branch business planning, foster a collaborative team culture and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in a real estate sales environment.
• Proven leadership skills and/or business management capabilities.
• Current real estate registration (a licence is highly desirable).
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Able to travel regularly between the Bunbury and Rockingham branches.
