Raw Materials Lab Technician

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s Regency Park site as a Raw Materials Lab Technician, supporting the quality and safety of our iconic FMCG brands. You will be responsible for receiving, auditing, and testing raw material deliveries, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and audit raw material deliveries in both physical form and SAP.
• Review and audit critical food safety documentation.
• Perform analytical testing, calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Train and coach site staff on quality processes and testing procedures.
• Conduct internal audits, generate reports, and assist with customer complaints and investigations.
• Prepare chemicals, handle hold and abort systems, and ensure GMP compliance.

Required profile

• Qualification in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or related discipline (preferred).
• Previous laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment (essential).
• Strong technical aptitude for instrumentation, chemistry and mechanical reasoning.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and self‑management skills.
