Range Supervisor - Country Club Tasmania

About the role

The Range at Country Club Tasmania is a driving range with Top Tracer Technology, an 18-hole mini golf course, a clubhouse restaurant and event spaces. As a Range Supervisor you support the Venue Operations Manager with daily operations, lead the team on shift and help deliver a fun, welcoming guest experience. This is a part-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the team during shifts
• Maintain high service standards across the driving range, mini golf, clubhouse and events
• Support daily operations, including equipment, stock, guest flow and food and beverage service
• Promote a safe, positive and team-focused workplace

Required profile

• Natural people person with strong customer service skills and the confidence to lead a team in a busy, guest-focused environment
• Experience in hospitality, food and beverage or a similar supervisory role
• Energy, initiative and a hands-on approach
• Aged 18 or over, because an RCG is required for this position
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Required skills

• Current Tasmanian RSA and RCG, or ability to obtain them before starting
• Current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Ideal: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, bar, barista or food and beverage experience
