About the role
Join Each’s Quality Improvement and Risk team as a Quality Partner, working part‑time (0.8 FTE) from Monday to Thursday. Based at the Head Office in Ringwood with hybrid working options, you will help shape safer, stronger services for communities across Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Support accreditation activities and ensure programs meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Manage quality systems and processes that strengthen governance, risk management and service quality.
- Analyse data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and support evidence‑based decision making.
- Partner with teams to implement quality‑improvement initiatives and achieve sustainable change.
- Support incident and feedback management processes to enhance customer safety and service excellence.
Required profile
- Minimum three years’ experience in healthcare, preferably in quality improvement, quality assurance, clinical governance or risk management.
- Strong understanding of continuous‑improvement methodologies, quality systems and accreditation standards.
- Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends and prepare clear reports.
- Excellent written communication, stakeholder‑engagement and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across diverse teams.
