Quality Assurance Partner – QHSE Systems

About the role

Sea to Summit is seeking a hands‑on Quality Assurance Partner to manage and continuously improve its Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) systems. You will support the Lead Quality Partner in keeping the Integrated Management System auditable, compliant, and aligned with ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and audit policy, SOPs, processes, document‑control, version‑management and change‑management across QMS, EMS and WHS.
• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, including objectives, KPIs and management‑review inputs.
• Plan, coordinate and follow‑up internal audits, managing schedules, evidence, findings and closure tracking.
• Assist with external certification readiness for ISO, RCS/RDS, B Corp and other assurance programmes.
• Own internal non‑conformance management, RCA/CAPA tracking and effectiveness verification.
• Maintain enterprise and ESG risk registers, ensuring evidence, action tracking and reporting.
• Manage Distributed Brands compliance registrations and renewals (AICIS, APCO, EESS, BiCON, AGA).
• Monitor global regulatory requirements and translate them into product, labeling, packaging and import/export controls.
• Collect and analyse global warranty data to identify trends and drive product improvements.
• Keep audit‑ready records organised, current and accessible for audits and management reporting.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with integrated management systems and internal audit programmes.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proven ability to manage non‑conformance, root‑cause analysis and CAPA processes.
• Experience maintaining risk registers and compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with product compliance, regulatory monitoring and warranty analysis.
