Quality Associate – Product Innovation & Lifecycle

About the role

Blackmores is seeking a Quality Associate to support product quality activities across the full product lifecycle. The role will ensure new and existing products meet regulatory requirements and Blackmores’ quality standards while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support product quality activities for new product development and existing product lifecycle management.
• Review and approve product specifications, packaging components, and artwork.
• Coordinate product change control activities, ensuring accurate assessment, approval and implementation.
• Contribute to product quality reviews, improvement initiatives and the Stage Gate development process.
• Maintain the Product Change Control program, aligning with CAPA management, regulatory requirements, allergen reviews and raw material assessments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with global regulatory and quality standards.
• Assist the Quality team in delivering continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification in a scientific discipline.
• 2–3 years experience in a regulated GMP/TGA manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/TGA principles and quality systems.
• Experience reviewing product specifications, packaging or artwork in a regulated setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
