Quality Advisor

About the role

The Quality Advisor ensures the effectiveness of the Quality Management System across the site, driving compliance with certification and Pact Group requirements while supporting zero‑harm objectives and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site quality, food safety and compliance programmes.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and certification standards.
• Drive quality investigations, root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve performance.
• Support site WHS initiatives, including risk assessments, audits and hazard management.

Required profile

• Experience in a Quality, QA or Quality Systems role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000 or similar standards.
• Proven experience in incident investigations and root‑cause analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Science, Manufacturing or Engineering, or 3 years of Quality Management experience.
