Property Manager

About the role

Elders is looking for a Property Manager to join its growing team in Bathurst on a permanent, full-time basis. Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and new opportunities. Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and local industry experience helps build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current and future needs
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for new and existing clients' investments
• Carry out routine property inspections
• Handle debtor management
• Prepare the necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
• Work with the Elders team to help clients explore new opportunities
• Maximise promotional opportunities, including community involvement and Elders events

Required profile

• Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation
• Current driver's licence
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised, with good time management
• Resourceful, forward thinking and embraces technology
