Projects Administrator

About the role

ABB is looking for a Projects Administrator to support the Process Industries Division in Brisbane. The role involves providing day‑to‑day project administrative services, coordinating delivery activities, and acting as a backup for the team when workload spikes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery to ensure timelines, scope, and contractual requirements are met.
• Manage procurement, resource coordination, and supplier engagement for efficient execution.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and schedules, delivering accurate reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain project financials, invoicing, SAP updates, and documentation to ensure successful project closure.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Administration.
• Degree or proven track record in Business Administration and Finance.
• Strong background in contract management, financial analysis, cost control, risk mitigation, and cash‑flow management.

Required skills

• SAP ERP (PS, SD, CS) and SAP updates.
• Microsoft Office suite.
