Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations for our clients in Perth. The role combines project delivery, service management and continuous improvement, driving adoption of AI‑enabled HR innovations and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SuccessFactors implementations (Employee Central and additional modules) from requirements gathering through design, build, test, cut‑over and go‑live.
• Conduct onsite workshops for discovery, blueprinting and solution validation with business and HR stakeholders.
• Oversee data migration, integration readiness and organisational change management.
• Manage post‑go‑live support operations, ensuring SLA/OLA compliance and system stability.
• Monitor ticket trends, drive system optimisation and implement incident, problem and change management processes.
• Identify and pilot new SuccessFactors releases, AI‑driven capabilities, automation tools and process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects, preferably including Employee Central.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with onshore and offshore teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, manage change and ensure quality assurance across testing cycles.
• Experience in service delivery and support operations for HR technology solutions.
