Project Manager – Rebuilds & Repairs (Mining Equipment)

About the role

Lead complex rebuild projects for underground mining equipment from pre‑contract through to delivery. You will partner with customers and internal teams to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes and maintain strong relationships across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of rebuilds, repairs and selected original equipment projects.
• Plan and monitor scope, timelines, cost, risk, resources and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across operations, engineering, supply chain, production, sales and customer stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities, resolve issues early and support operational excellence.
• Provide visible, customer‑facing support for longwall and development equipment.

Required profile

• Proactive, commercially minded professional thriving in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and ability to juggle multiple priorities across customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience in mining, heavy industry, manufacturing, maintenance or complex technical project delivery.
• Comfortable handling planning, risk, quality, safety and delivery requirements.
