Project Manager

About the role

Liveware Group is seeking a hands‑on Project Manager to own the successful delivery of client projects across its technology portfolio. You will act as the central hub, coordinating clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure projects move smoothly from kickoff to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of client projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA and other stakeholders to coordinate delivery and foster effective teamwork.
• Define and maintain project timelines, milestones, dependencies and realistic deadlines.
• Monitor scope, handle change requests, and keep clients aligned with agreed deliverables.
• Track budgets and forecasted hours, escalating variances early.
• Allocate resources with Engineering and Delivery leads to match skill sets and capacity.
• Lead project meetings such as kick‑offs, planning sessions, stand‑ups and status updates.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates on progress, risks and decisions.
• Oversee QA and testing activities to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risks, issues and change requests.
• Report on key KPIs such as budget burn, milestone progress and resource utilization.
