Project Manager – EV Charging Network Projects

About the role

As a Project Manager you will join a lean, agile team to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Exploren network asset projects across Victoria. You will be responsible for the full project and asset lifecycle from early development through design, construction, commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage planning and delivery of network asset projects following the Exploren Project Delivery Process.
• Prepare scopes of work, technical specifications, project schedules and cost estimates.
• Oversee health, safety, environment, cost, schedule and quality parameters throughout project execution.
• Coordinate site assessments, construction and commissioning, working directly with contractors and suppliers to resolve design and delivery issues.
• Ensure technical solutions meet safety, compliance, quality, schedule and customer requirements.
• Partner with Business Development Managers to provide project and technical input for opportunity pipelines, case studies and tender/marketing collateral.
• Stay current with EVSE product innovations and relevant electrical and EV charging standards, ensuring full HSE compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering electrical infrastructure projects in large commercial or industrial environments.
• Background in EV charging, commercial buildings, solar PV, BESS, HVAC or similar sectors.
• Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or a licensed electrician.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable; White Card / HSE certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of capital and infrastructure project management frameworks (PMBOK).
