Project Manager – Darwin

About the role

CC Pines is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead a high‑profile defence‑linked construction project in Darwin. This is a hands‑on, on‑site position offering end‑to‑end ownership of planning, budgeting, delivery and client handover.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entire project lifecycle, ensuring programme, budget, quality and safety targets are met.
• Lead and coordinate the on‑site team, subcontractors and consultants.
• Maintain commercial and schedule performance, reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project.
• Manage risk, change orders and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex construction projects, preferably in defence or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Darwin or already based in the region.
