Project Manager / Contract Superintendent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Contract Superintendent to lead civil, infrastructure and development projects across South Australia, combining project leadership with superintendent duties.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects from planning through completion, managing scope, programme, budget, quality and risk.
• Perform superintendent duties including assessment of variations, claims, extensions of time and contractual obligations.
• Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships with contractors, consultants and councils.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks while providing commercial and contractual advice.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Contract Superintendent or similar role delivering civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial acumen, contract administration knowledge and ability to manage scope, programme, budget and risk.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with contractors, consultants and government bodies.
• Australian citizenship required for defence clearance eligibility.
