Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing Tier 3 construction company. You will lead commercial projects such as fuel stations, restaurants and retail outlets, typically 16‑19 weeks long, working alongside another manager and a team of site supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of 3‑4 concurrent tilt‑up construction projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Lead site managers, coordinate resources and ensure projects stay on budget and schedule.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships, providing regular reporting and communication.
• Manage commercial aspects, cost control, safety, quality and risk throughout each project.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing commercial construction projects, including civil works.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate complex deliveries.
• Diploma or higher in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
• Strong client‑facing skills and a proactive, safety‑first leadership style.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Project scheduling tools such as MS Project.
• Technical knowledge of commercial construction processes.
