Project Manager – Cloud & Data

About the role

Searce is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cloud and data initiatives for enterprise customers worldwide. The role combines technical project management with cross‑functional collaboration to drive digital transformation and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and track multiple cloud and data projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with Sales, Cloud Vendors, Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, and business teams to align technical vision with business goals.
• Develop and maintain scalable Technical Project Management capabilities within the Cloud practice.
• Manage dependencies across teams, ensure compliance with availability, performance, security, and cost targets.
• Assist engineering teams in designing execution plans, assessing risks, and meeting customer requirements.
• Support stakeholders in addressing process deficiencies and improving organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with technical leads to achieve GCP Specializations and AWS competencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in technical project management.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proven leadership in guiding businesses toward optimal technology and best‑in‑class processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and large‑scale cloud/data migration projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL V3 Foundation and PMP certification is a plus.
