Project Manager – Client Side (Built Environment)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Consultant to lead client‑side schools infrastructure projects and contribute to larger health and infrastructure programmes. You will work closely with clients to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that shape community infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, procurement and delivery of projects valued at $25M+.
• Administer GC21 (or equivalent) contracts, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments to achieve streamlined outcomes.
• Manage project cost, schedule and risk with transparency and precision.
• Provide clear reporting to internal and client leadership teams.
• Foster strong engagement and communication across all project phases.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience planning or delivering schools infrastructure projects (SINSW or similar).
• Understanding of GC21 or equivalent contract administration.
• Ability to simplify complexity and drive clear decision‑making.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and commitment to positive impact.
