Project Manager – BTL Focus (APAC Content Studio)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager with a BTL focus to lead the delivery of below‑the‑line campaigns across the Australian market. The role sits within an APAC Content Studio, linking Sydney‑based stakeholders with an offshore creative and adaptation team in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage BTL projects end‑to‑end, from brief intake to final delivery, controlling timelines, dependencies and approvals.
• Coordinate retail, POSM, print, activation, shopper and adaptation workstreams to ensure accurate, on‑time, fit‑for‑purpose outputs.
• Interpret and clarify briefs for the offshore team, ensuring they have the information needed to execute effectively.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sydney teams and the offshore creative team, translating local market nuances into actionable direction.
• Support localisation and adaptation of creative assets, maintaining consistency with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Maintain project governance, trackers and approvals, and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of project management experience in a creative, production or marketing agency environment.
• Experience with FMCG, alcohol, lifestyle or luxury categories is preferred.
• Deep understanding of BTL production, including POSM, retail, shopper, activations, print and adaptation workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines and moving parts without losing detail.
