Project Leader (Revit) – Sydney

About the role

The role is for an experienced Project Leader to own and deliver complex architectural projects from design development through construction. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate consultants and ensure project outcomes meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from design development through documentation and construction.
• Manage architectural project teams, allocate tasks and coordinate workloads.
• Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy, programme and deadlines.
• Coordinate consultants and external stakeholders, reviewing documentation and technical quality.
• Identify risks, resolve issues early and manage client communication.

Required profile

• 10+ years of architectural experience in Australia.
• Proven experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong design development, documentation and construction knowledge.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and communicate effectively.

Required skills

• Advanced Revit capability, including model review and technical support.
• Project leadership, programme management and risk mitigation.
