Project Coordinator & Document Controller

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of building technology and engineering projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, customers and vendors to maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project documentation in line with JCI and client requirements, including registration, distribution, revision control, tracking and archiving.
• Coordinate document submissions and information flow between project teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support Project Managers by tracking deliverables, milestones and documentation schedules.
• Prepare handover documentation such as O&M manuals and project dossiers.
• Maintain document management platforms like SharePoint, Aconex or TeamBinder.

Required profile

• Proven experience in document control or project coordination within engineering, construction, building services, industrial, OEM or EPC environments.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of technical documentation with high accuracy.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude and ability to handle competing priorities.

Required skills

• Document management systems: Aconex, SharePoint, TeamBinder, Procore or similar.
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
