Project Controller

About the role

The Project Controller will support the delivery of complex engineering and infrastructure projects by providing accurate schedule, cost and risk information to the project management team. Working closely with the Senior Project Controls team, you will help unlock project delivery potential and ensure informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate project plans and develop realistic schedules for assigned projects.
• Monitor, control, forecast and report on schedule, cost and risk performance.
• Identify and manage variations from budget and schedule.
• Determine required risk‑based contingencies in cost estimates and schedules.
• Administer basic contract requirements and support stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience using MSProject and PRISM (or equivalent) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong ability to create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures, critical path methods and PERT analyses.
• Experience establishing performance measurement baselines and evaluating project performance.
• Ability to communicate solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
