About the role
A large, well-known firm with many technology programs underway is hiring a Program Manager (Data Analytics) in Sydney CBD for a long, rolling contract. The role manages the finance data transformation as part of an upgrade to SAP S/4HANA, within an environment moving from waterfall to Agile so that everyone can access the data. It is a 3-day-in-office position with a go-live planned for 2028.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the finance data transformation as part of an ERP/CRM upgrade to SAP S/4HANA
- Work in an environment moving to Agile, building a layer of data access for all users
- Drive outcomes and dates forward while remaining people-focused
Required profile
- Program Manager with a strong data transformation background, ideally finance data transformation
- Experience in complex, big enterprise environments, managing vendors and highly outcomes focused
- Approachable and able to work well in fast-paced environments
Required skills
- Program management experience

- Data and analytics background
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
