Production Worker - Industrial Doors and Shutters

About the role

Ezi Roll, part of the dormakaba Group, makes custom roller shutters and industrial doors for commercial clients and is looking for motivated, reliable Production Workers in Pinkenba. It is a hands-on role where you assemble and prepare components and help ensure every product meets quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare industrial doors and shutters
• Assemble steel components for industrial shutter systems
• Read measurements and handle materials accurately
• Carry out quality checks
• Work collaboratively with the production team
• Help maintain a safe, productive and efficient workplace

Required profile

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic numerical skills and the ability to follow production documents and specifications
• Attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• Physical fitness to lift up to 25 kg
• Reliability, punctuality and a team-focused approach

Preferred skills

• Experience taking measurements and using basic math
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools or machine operation
• Prior welding experience is regarded but not required

Shifts and what we offer

• Day shift: Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:30, Friday 06:00-12:00
• Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday 1:30pm-10:00pm, Friday 11:00am-5:00pm
