Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and related technology safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet output targets for Australia’s favourite beverages.
• Maintain a safe workplace and follow all safety protocols to ensure personal and team wellbeing.
• Operate forklifts; the company will support licensing if required.

Required profile

• Willingness to perform hands‑on, practical work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communicator with attention to detail.
• Reliable, flexible and eager to learn; able to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (24/5 or 24/7).
• Positive attitude is essential; prior experience in production, FMCG or warehousing is advantageous but not mandatory.
