Production Operator – Manufacturing & Packaging

About the role

Join a leading Australian dairy brand as a Production Operator at the Bentley site in Perth. This full‑time permanent position works on a rotating day and afternoon shift schedule, supporting the manufacturing and packaging of a wide range of milk‑based products, including the state’s top‑selling flavored milk.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately complete and record all quality, testing and production documentation.
• Operate efficiently to minimise downtime and maintain steady production flow.
• Report safety incidents, maintenance needs and any mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain clean production areas in line with quality standards.
• Follow company safety and quality policies and procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Problem‑solving ability to identify options and develop solutions.
• Mechanical aptitude to recognise and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
