Production Operator II

About the role

Join Anteris® Technologies' Australian manufacturing team as a Production Operator II. You will work in a cleanroom environment to produce high‑quality biological medical devices that support cutting‑edge cardiac care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform reagent treatment, media changes, draping, cross‑linking, and cutting of processed tissue.
• Measure tissue thickness and clean cut tissue to remove collagen fibres.
• Support manufacturing operations: stock transfer, equipment cleaning, waste removal, packaging and labeling of final products.
• Assist with quality tasks such as material labeling, storage, and cleaning of reusable items using washer‑disinfector.
• Participate in internal and external audits and attend departmental meetings.
• Complete required GMP training annually and maintain training documentation.

Required profile

• Knowledge of general laboratory practices and cleanroom protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and fine motor skills.
• Experience working in small, multidisciplinary teams (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Administrative accuracy and ability to follow SOPs in a PPE‑gowning environment.

• Cleanroom procedures and PPE compliance.
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) awareness.
