Production Operator - Gluten Free Mixing (Ermington)

About the role

Tip Top Bakeries, an iconic Australian bakery brand owned by George Weston Foods, is looking for two full-time Production Operators for its Gluten Free Mixing department in Ermington, NSW. Immediate starts are available. The pay is $28.16 to $36.61 per hour including penalties, plus weekend penalties.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation
• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Record production data and report any issues

Required profile

• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and a safety mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Good communication and teamwork
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 20kg
