About the role
Lactalis is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Operator for its Lidcombe manufacturing plant. This full‑time position offers the chance to work with well‑known dairy brands and develop high‑standard manufacturing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Operate liquid rotary filling equipment in a food‑production environment.
- Follow shift work and overtime requirements while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Team‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- Ability to work shifts and overtime as needed.
Required skills
- Experience with liquid rotary fillers in the food industry.
- Knowledge of GMP and HACCP principles.
- Safety and quality focus.
- Numeracy and literacy skills.
- SAP system experience (highly regarded).
