Production Operative – Dayshift (Perth)

About the role

We are looking for reliable, practical individuals to join a growing manufacturing business in Perth as Production Operatives on the dayshift. The role offers a stable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, full training and the chance to develop valuable manufacturing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble small components and parts.
• Carry out glazing processes, including dipping products into chemical tanks.
• Load and unload glazing kilns.
• Use hand tools and perform basic quality checks.
• Follow production, health and safety procedures.
• Manual handling and movement of materials.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Support the wider production team as required.

Required profile

• Comfortable with practical, hands‑on work.
• Willing to work with chemicals (training and PPE provided).
• Reliable, punctual and committed.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Detail‑focused with a strong work ethic.
• Team player eager to learn.
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly or factory work is advantageous but not essential.
