Production Assistant

About the role

The Signal Group, part of Mulpha Australia Limited, is seeking a Production Assistant to join its Gold Coast team. You will play a key part in assembling name badges, awards, trophies and neoprene products, ensuring each order is packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble name badges, awards, trophies and neoprene items following repeatable processes.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders while maintaining accurate invoicing and documentation.
• Manage inventory and use ordering/dispatch software to process customer requests.
• Provide guidance, coaching and occasional supervision to peers in the assembly and dispatch team.
• Prioritise workload based on deadlines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist other departments as needed, leveraging your skills and experience.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assembly and dispatch tasks.
• Organised, deadline‑focused and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable handling email communications and following written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and production processes.
• Flexibility to work full‑time hours (7:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday‑Friday).
