Product Specialist - Wound Closure, Western Sydney & Nepean

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Wound Closure team as a Product Specialist, supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals across Western Sydney and Nepean. You will drive adoption of innovative surgical technologies and help improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and grow market share for the Wound Closure portfolio across key hospital accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, nursing teams, procurement stakeholders and hospital leaders.
• Provide clinical education, on‑site training and product support to ensure safe and effective use of J&J solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans using customer insights to accelerate product uptake.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with proven hospital sales and territory management experience in medical devices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and commercial growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for clinical education and training.
• Highly organised, problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in the field and as part of a team.
