Product Lead - AI Finance

About the role

We are seeking a senior Product Lead to shape and drive major AI Finance product areas at BJAK. You will own direction, execution, quality and outcomes across multiple squads, working on insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and other financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product direction for major AI Finance app areas and define priorities, roadmap, standards and success metrics.
• Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers and engineers toward clear execution and drive launch quality, post‑launch learning and continuous improvement.
• Turn regulatory, operational and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Help build a product culture focused on speed, clarity, user value and honest measurement.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading digital product areas, balancing strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes.
• Ability to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys and thrive in high‑ambiguity, fast‑changing environments.
• Experience mentoring PMs/POs or cross‑functional squads is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable handling senior stakeholder pressure and making trade‑off decisions.

Required skills

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or regulated products (advantageous).
• Strong judgement on prioritisation, trade‑offs and product sequencing.
