Product Designer – Mid Level

About the role

Quickli is looking for a mid‑level Product Designer to join its team in Bondi Junction. You will work closely with the founders and engineering team to shape early concepts, iterate quickly, and ensure a high‑quality user experience for its SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with founders during the pre‑build phase, using AI‑assisted prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, Base44) to test ideas in code as well as in Figma.
• Share early, rough prototypes to enable fast iteration and collaborative feedback.
• Collaborate side‑by‑side with engineers throughout build cycles to maintain visual and UX standards.
• Identify and fix inconsistencies, polish production interfaces, and continuously evolve the design system.
• Stay connected to real‑time user feedback and iterate on designs after launch.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and shipping SaaS products that users love.
• Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to articulate why a design works or doesn’t.
• Hands‑on familiarity with vibe coding or AI‑assisted prototyping tools.
• Comfortable sharing work early, iterating quickly, and discarding throwaway prototypes.
• Opinionated, high‑standard mindset that proactively challenges confusing flows.
