Product Designer

About the role

Join Mirvac’s Digital team as a Product Designer, shaping intuitive, customer‑centred experiences across the company’s native apps and digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to translate insights into scalable solutions that enhance how customers interact with the Mirvac brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile, leveraging AI‑powered tools to accelerate exploration and delivery.
• Partner with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to define problems and shape product solutions.
• Create end‑to‑end user journeys, from discovery and research through to high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes and final designs that support product development.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility and scalability.
• Use customer insights, behavioural data and usability testing to inform design decisions and continuously refine solutions.
• Communicate design concepts, rationale and recommendations to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Design, Human‑Centered Design, UX or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing digital products and customer experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies and digital trends.
