Procurement Specialist

About the role

As a Procurement Specialist you will support market‑level procurement activities, working closely with Procurement Business Partners, Category teams and factory stakeholders. The role focuses on implementing sourcing strategies, strengthening supply resilience and providing visibility across materials, suppliers and contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of procurement‑led sourcing initiatives and coordinate actions across procurement, factories and suppliers.
• Own day‑to‑day supplier engagement, addressing service issues and performance risks.
• Ensure accurate and timely contract availability to enable compliant ordering through SAP.
• Maintain trackers, data and insights to support cost visibility, supply resilience and early risk identification.
• Act as the primary execution interface between factory teams and procurement to translate priorities into outcomes.

Required profile

• Motivated by owning and coordinating visible outcomes rather than just completing tasks.
• Comfortable influencing multiple stakeholders and suppliers to keep work moving.
• Curious, resilient mindset with a practical interest in improving processes.
• Clear communicator eager to build commercial judgement through hands‑on experience.
• Working understanding of risk and issue management, able to track, analyse and escalate issues.
