Procurement & Planning Officer – Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement & Planning Officer to own the data and planning activities that keep our supply chain running across two premium pet care brands. Based in Hallam, you will manage raw‑material purchasing, inventory planning and support our ERP transition at the site level.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast demand by SKU for both brands and analyse inventory across multiple sites.
• Plan production schedules, manage safety stock and oversee raw‑material purchasing (domestic and international).
• Run RFx processes, create purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and coordinate import documentation and customs.
• Maintain BOM and system data integrity, ensure HACCP and quality documentation compliance.
• Monitor Hallam distribution, verify Shopify COGS accuracy, and produce monthly KPI dashboards.
• Analyse pricing, COGS and online fulfilment costs to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary education or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical ability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Interest in how products are made, moved and delivered.
• Ability to work closely with on‑site managers and remote teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
