Procurement Officer

About the role

Crystalbrook Bailey is seeking an organised and reliable Procurement Officer to manage the flow of goods across the hotel. Reporting to the Area Procurement Manager, you will combine hands‑on receiving duties with administrative stock control to keep the property well‑supplied and ready for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, verify documentation and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maintain stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks and support stock control processes.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Finance and Stewarding teams to distribute goods efficiently.
• Assist operational teams with timely procurement of supplies and materials.
• Follow safe manual‑handling and storage procedures.

Required profile

• Dependable, detail‑oriented and comfortable balancing physical tasks with administrative work.
• Background in procurement, stores, warehousing, logistics or hospitality operations.
• Strong work ethic, practical mindset and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills and confidence using inventory or procurement systems.
• Attention to detail when receiving goods and checking documentation.
• Understanding of safe manual handling and storage practices.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach.
